Quality assurance is very important to us. That is why, as a member of the German Association for Technical Communication (tekom), we use the platform of this professional association for an intensive exchange of information and experience and are guided by the standards and guidelines defined by communication experts. Our technical translators expand and deepen their knowledge in their specialist areas in further training courses offered by tekom. dbm-translations is registered with TÜV Rheinland in accordance with the new DIN EN ISO 17100 (Reg. No. 7U454). This seal of approval not only specifies the standard for the translation order, but also for quality and project management, work processes and more. For you as a customer, the certificate means that you can rely on high quality and compliance with relevant standards and guidelines through standardized translation processes.
Among other things, we work with SDL Trados Studio, a software for professional translators that helps us to process and manage translation projects. Using modern translation memory technology as well as glossaries, terminology and project management, we achieve a high level of brand consistency as well as greater productivity and efficiency.
